Surprising Don'ts:
1. tomatoes
2. carrots
3. flavor
I got some all natural peanut butter that has the oil separated from the butter...and i'm s'posed to stick it in the fridge after i open it. Really makes me wonder about the regular pb that I usually get! Peanut butter is supposed to be my in-between-meal "treat" - just a spoonful though (like a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop...). I think I'm going to put a jar in my purse!
For kicks & giggles I decided to try some plain nonfat yogurt and cottage cheese, just to see what I was getting myself into. I should have done that before promising to be M.m's guinea pig! I know I'm complaining a lot, but I figure this is good experience for M.m when he gets difficult clients. I'd like to think that I'm preparing him for the worst!
My last real meal at the Coffee Table in Eagle Rock tonight, while waiting for a client consultation. Chili cheese fries that M.m. said was going to stay in my system for awhile. kekekeke. It's fun to defy him! I'd have to say this was one of the best chili cheese fries i've ever had!
Some of you might look at the diet and think it's not such a big deal. But you're not me - you're not a baker's daughter. You didn't grow up eating cake for breakfast. You don't get donut access at the flower mart. And you're probably not lazy!
I'll be blogging my meals and updates...stay tuned for results (if any). Wish me luck!
