First day is always the hardest.
Here's what I had to eat yesterday:

*oatmeal with peanut butter and two egg whites...mmmmm

*for lunch, i was allowed to eat a cup of veggies along with 3 oz. of chicken. i asked if i could have a chicken mcnugget instead, just for convenience sake.
I had to make sure I was eating just 3oz. of chicken because I've never weighed my food before. I went the resourceful route and used my usps stamp scale, just to be sure!

*no cheating! i tore off a little piece to make it an even 3

*my dinner of 6oz. tilapia and 2 cups of veggies. i cooked the tilapia in the spinach broth to give it SOME sorta of flavor.

*my before bedtime meal: cottage cheese and some frozen blueberries. i suspect i wasn't allowed blueberries at night, but cottage cheese is disgusting and made me want to gag.
Peanut butter and almonds saved my life. I don't think there will be many more days of this. :(
I did lose a few ounces though. The stamp scale told me so.

My parents have those plate! I say the exercise route is much much better. You eat what you want and when you want. Then, just work some of the calories off!
